Scelte Strategiche, Search & Selection firm [Aut. Min] is selecting a Tax Manager for a leading multinational (location: Rome/International). The Tax Manager is responsible for the local tax planning strategies and the development and maintenance of the transfer pricing processes and procedures in order to ensure the stability and predictability of the corporate tax environment. He/she ensures correct implementation, control and reporting, coordinates external audits and manages the relationships with tax administrations, external consultants and the European HQ. International career development is planned after a period of 2-3 years in the Italian organization.The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of international tax management and cross-country team experience in multinational companies or international accounting firms. He/she has a solid experience with intercompany transactions and good US GAAP knowledge. The Manager has demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and relational competences.
