Scelte Strategiche, search & selection firm [Aut. Min.] is selecting a Sn. Financial Analyst for the Italian headquarter of a multinational company.
He/she is responsible for the preparation, analysis and submission of budget and yearly financial statements as well as monthly/quarterly reporting, and maintains constant contact with the corporate HQ.
The Sn. Financial Analyst participates in the preparation of strategic plans and supports the organization with financial variance analyses in order to identify the financial impact of the various business variables and insure the validity of data as a strategic tool for decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an experienced specialist with about 3-4 years’ of experience in budgeting and reporting in a complex and multinational environment. The job requires determination, precision, flexibility and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as fluent English are a must.
