Aiming to strengthen our New Business Development / Sales force we are recruiting a

Senior Consultant - Sales & Business Development - Engineering Services
Work Location:
Home Office / Northern Italy preferred

Role Overview:
The selected professional, acting as Advisor to QuEST, will support QuEST Sales Dept. to establish/facilitate relations, build new Customers and grow existing ones by developing in-depth strategies to up- sell and cross- sell Engineering services.
He/She will be responsible for leading strategic opportunity proposals and campaigning efforts and organizing sales efforts.
He/She needs to have an in depth understanding of Customer’s business drivers and procurement processes and position QuEST offerings to meet those requirements.

Required Background / Knowledge / Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in a managerial position (Engineering / Procurement / Operations) within international leading companies into Automotive / Railways / Aerospace & Defence / Energy industries;
- an existing network of contacts & relationships with key decision makers at Engineering / Procurement / Operations Depts into such companies;
- a global outlook with an entrepreneurial mindset but at the same time the ability to adapt and grow as part of a high growth organization;
- advanced training in Sales and/or account management related areas. In particular experience of negotiating and closing multi-million dollar deals would be advantageous;
- a Degree in BS or MS Engineering and /or with an MBA would be preferred.
