For a media and telecomunication company, Adecco Information Technology is looking for a
Junior Java Developer/Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience.
This person is proficient in Java programming and has some experience designing and developing web application in Java environment. He/she must be able to be quick in learning new technologies and be able to apply to concrete environment. He/she must be passionate about web and mobile technology. The candidate must be able to play as a part of a team and be able to learn from senior figures.
Required Skills:
• Strong team player with English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design using Java, in particular Java 5 and later version
• Experience with Java server side programming, in particular servlet and other JEE technologies.
• Knowledge of Spring framework
• Experience with at least one ORM (Hibernate, Ibatis, JPA)
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat
• Knowledge of portlet technologies and standards - Vignette portal, Liferay or other PMS solutions.
• Knowledge of SOA and experience in some web service oriented framework
• Strong HTML knowledge
• Familiar with JSON, Javascript, Ajax concept.
• Knowledge of SQL and in particular MySQL database server
• Eclipse and CVS/SVN
